Hamilton Wentworth Regional Council: Hamilton Airport Strategy Study

In this study by TEMS and AVGroup Corporation, the potential for Hamilton Airport to expand and become Toronto’s second airport was evaluated. The conclusions of the study were the basis for the airports early privatization. Transheldrake staff were responsible for the following areas

· Development of zone system for demand forecasting
· Concept and design of freight carriers, and industrial survey
· Execution and analysis of carrier and industrial survey
· Review of courier traffic and operation of airport

Township of Michipicoten: Preliminary Economic Impact Analysis, Withdrawal of norOntair Service from Wawa Municipal Airport

In this study TEMS AVGroup and Paragon Engineering undertook a study to access the effect of the withdrawal of the regular air service to the Soo. Transheldrake staff were responsible for
· All economic analysis of region and interaction of communities
· Analysis of transport alternatives and facilities
· Analysis and compilation of economic benefits of air service
· Survey of commercial and government activity in Wawa
· The conclusion of the study was that a scheduled air service was an economic necessity

Logan International Airport: Logan 2000 Study

In this study Transheldrake staff were responsible for the development and execution of the survey. The survey collected value of time and ease of access data for patrons of the airport. Of particular interest was the airports access features and the type of travellers response to these facilities.

RSJ Aviation International: Weekend Flights to Bembridge Airport, Isle Of Wight

In this study Transheldrake assessed the potential market share of transolent traffic that an air service to Bembridge Airport would generate. In addition the marketing strategy of such a service was outlined.
